Eastcroft Depot is a railway depot in Nottingham, United Kingdom, serving as a Train Sim World featured light maintenance facility for East Midlands Railway (EMR) Midland Main Line trains, including Class 156, 158, and 170s.

• Location: The depot is situated in Nottingham, near Nottingham station and the former Midland Railway line to Lincoln in Europe. 
• Route Function: It provides essential maintenance, including light maintenance, overnight fueling, servicing, and vehicle preparation for the EMR’s regional fleet. 
• EMR’s Regional Fleet: The depot handles the day-to-day maintenance of the 69-train regional fleet, which consists of Class 156, 158, and 170s. 
• Recent Upgrades: The depot has undergone a significant £2 million upgrade to increase capacity and improve facilities, including installing additional fuel pumps, a new lighting system, and improving safety. 
• Shared Waste Depot: The Abbey Road depot in West Bridgford has moved to a shared site at Eastcroft with Nottingham city council.
