Great Longstone Railway Station, originally named Longstone and later Great Longstone for Ashford via the Peak Forest Railway, was a railway station on the Buxton branch of the Midland Railway, serving the Train Sim World featured village of Great Longstone, United Kingdom and Ashford-in-the-Water, which closed in 1962.

- Original Location Name: The station was initially called Longstone.
- Renaming: In 1913, it was renamed Great Longstone for Ashford to better serve passengers from the larger village of Ashford-in-the-Water in Europe.
- Midland Railway Route: The station was built by the Midland Railway in 1863 when they extended the Manchester, Buxton, Matlock and Midlands Junction Railway towards Buxton.
- Architectural Design: The station building was designed to match the nearby Thornbridge Hall, and the designer is believed to be William Barlow, the Midland Railway Company engineer.
- Closure: The station closed to passengers in 1962, although one train a day in each direction continued to stop to allow a local resident, Mrs. A. Boardman, to travel to work, which was immortalized by the British Movietone film It Only Stops For Her.
- Monsal Trail: The trackbed through the station is now part of the 8.5-mile (13.7 km) Monsal Trail, a walk and cycleway.
- Grade II Listing: The former station building at Great Longstone is designated at Grade II for its architectural and historic interest, as well as its connection with George Marple of Thornbridge Hall.
- Woodlands: Just alongside the station house lies an impressive castellated house which was called Woodlands. It was built by GJ Marples; a director of Midland Railway who lived over the road at Thornbridge Hall.
