The West Somerset Railway (WSR) is a 22.75-mile heritage railway in Somerset, England that offers a scenic tour of the countryside and coast:
Mascot – The WSR’s mascot is Brunel K. Beagle, named after Isambard Kingdom Brunel, who was involved in the line’s plans.
History – The WSR was originally a branch line of the Great Western Railway that opened in 1862. It was closed in 1971, but reopened as a heritage line five years later.
