The BR Class 170 Turbostar is a Train Sim World diesel-hydraulic multiple unit (DMU) passenger train that has been in United Kingdom service since 1999:

  • Top speed: 100 miles per hour (160 kilometers per hour)
  • Length: 77 ft 6 in (23.62 meters)
  • Width: 8 ft 10 in (2.69 meters)
  • Height: 12 ft 4 in (3.77 meters)
  • Track gauge: 1,435 mm (4 ft 8 1⁄2 in) standard gauge
  • Coupling system: BSI/Dellner couplers
  • Traction system: Hydraulic transmission
