The Dalgety Bay Railway Station in Scotland is named after the coastal town of Dalgety Bay via the Fife Circle Line, which in turn is named after the original village of Dalgety featured in Train Sim World. The name Dalgety comes from the Scottish Gaelic word dealg, which means thorn.
