Nahverkehr Dresden is an add-on Germany route developed and maintained by Dovetail Games, for their Train Sim World Console and PC platforms and was released on September 9, 2021 for the TSW2 video game. Nahverkehr Dresden is a downloadable content add-on for Rush Hour.
Features – Drive authentic locomotives, including the DB BR 363 ‘V 60’ Diesel Shunter, three-car EMU’s, DB BR 146.2, and BR 185.5. Experience the complex operations at Dresden Hbf, where you’ll manage a mix of S-Bahn, regional, inter-city, and freight traffic.
Route – The 51-mile route runs from Dresden Hbf to Riesa Hbf, including Großenhain. The line was one of Germany’s first long-distance railways, and today it’s still busy with fast services and frequent commuter services.
Gameplay – Take control of modern traction, explore the countryside, and complete route tasks. You can also ride around as a passenger, and create your own experiences with the Scenario Planner and Livery Designer.
Details – The DLC features atmospheric lighting and reflective signage to bring the night to life. It also includes a Journey Mode with over 24 hours of activities, accessible training modules, and six detailed scenarios.
