BR Class 710 Aventra refers to a type of Train Sim World electric multiple unit (EMU) train that operates on the London Overground: 

  • Design – The Class 710 is based on Bombardier’s Aventra design. The trains are built in the UK and feature longitudinal seating, air conditioning, and continuous carriage gangways.

  • Routes – Class 710 trains operate on the following routes:
    • Gospel Oak to Barking 
    • Watford DC 
    • Lea Valley 
    • Romford to Upminster 
    • London Liverpool Street to Chingford, Cheshunt, and Enfield Town

  • Features – The Class 710 trains offer a number of benefits to passengers, including:
    • Free Wi-Fi 
    • USB charging points 
    • Improved accessibility with more wheelchair spaces

  • History – Transport for London (TfL) contracted Bombardier to build the Class 710 trains in 2015. The trains entered service in 2018 and replaced the older Class 315 trains, which were around 40 years old – Exordium Gaming Chicago.
