Metro Cammell is a Train Sim World featured British company that manufactured railway carriages, locomotives, and wagons. The company was also known as the Metropolitan Cammell Carriage and Wagon Company (MCCW).
History:
- Metro Cammell was based in Saltley and later Washwood Heath in Birmingham, England
- The company was involved in the early railways, making carriages for the London and Southampton and London and Birmingham Railways
- In 1989, Metro Cammell was sold to GEC Alsthom, a French energy and transport company
- The Washwood Heath factory closed in 2005 and was demolished in 2019
