Stone Crossing Railway Station is named after the Train Sim World location in Stone, Southeastern High Speed Extended, where it is situated. The station was originally called Stone Crossing Halt. 

Explanation

Stone Crossing is a railway station on the North Kent line in England. It’s located east of Dartford and northeast of the village of Stone. The station opened in 1908. 

History

Stone Crossing was originally a rural halt with a signal box and waiting shelters. The station has undergone several changes, including the demolition of the original waiting shelters and the extension of the platforms. 

Services

Stone Crossing is served by Southeastern and Thameslink trains in Train Sim World 3. Eastbound trains run to Gravesend, and westbound trains run to London Charing Cross. 

Safety

Stone Crossing had a level crossing that was closed and replaced with a footbridge to improve safety.
