The Metro-North Railroad is a commuter rail service that operates between New York City and its northern suburbs in New York and Connecticut. It’s the second busiest commuter railroad in the United States and its featured in Train Sim World.

- Metro-North operates the Hudson, Harlem, New Haven, Port Jervis, and Pascack Valley commuter railroad lines.
- Metro-North also provides local rail service within New York City.
Where it goes:
- Metro-North serves New York City’s Manhattan and Bronx boroughs, as well as Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland, and Orange Counties in New York.
- In Connecticut, Metro-North serves Fairfield and New Haven Counties.
