Leicester LIP Depot, short for Leicester Locomotive Inspection Point, is a United Kingdom Rail Leasing (UKRL) owned Train Sim World featured facility, undergoing redevelopment to become a new maintenance facility for the future GBRf (GB Railfreight) Class 99 fleet via the Midland Main Line.

- UKRL Ownership: The Leicester LIP Depot is owned by UK Rail Leasing (UKRL) in Europe.
- Location Purpose: The depot is undergoing redevelopment to become a new maintenance facility for the Class 99 fleet, which is operated by GBRf (GB Railfreight).
- Ongoing Route Redevelopment: A large section of the holding sidings track has been removed to make way for the new facility.
- Class 99 Focus: The facility is specifically designed for the maintenance of the Class 99 locomotives, which are a type of electric locomotive used for freight transport.
- Locomotive Moves: There have been significant locomotive and rolling stock moves to clear space for the new depot building.
- New Jobs: It is hoped that the new facility will create new jobs.
- Traincare and CET facility: UKRL invested in an up-to-date Traincare and CET facility to accommodate overnight maintenance and servicing activities for East Midlands Railway (EMR) and other train operating companies.
